These chops are for any occasion, but since the holidays are fast approaching, I thought I'd add the cheery title. I recently rather hurridly raided a friend's herb garden to prepare Rosemary Pork for a grilled summer dinner at the art center, and mistakenly cut Lavender sprigs instead.
