Chicken Cordon Bleu

2 slices fresh chicken breasts/boneless/skinless2 slices swiss cheese2 thin slices ham1/4 cup flour1 egg beaten1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs olive oil for frying2 Tablespoons butter2 Tablespoons flour1-1 1/2 cup milksalt & pepper to tasteFold ham and swiss inside chicken breast and secure with toothpicks or twine. The best ever pancakes

No school! No problem! My 6 year old granddaughter had these this morning with chocolate chips mixed in the batter. My husband had his with blueberries.Grandma’s Pancakes2 cups flour2 Tablespoons sugar1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon baking soda2 ½ teaspoons baking powder¼ cup vegetable oil2 eggs2 cups buttermilk Stir all dry ingredients to mix well.  Add the remaining ingredients and stir only until mixed.  Cook in skillet or on griddle at 350 degreesSee More

"im not sure about freezing. It should sit well in the fridge. Dont think if you leave it out in the dinner table that there will still be leftovers hehe. Its not too rich like the regular tiramisu. Have you tried my speedy paella?"

Pot roast

While growing up, I enjoyed pot roast. I walked into my parents house after school and the aroma drifted to my nose and I was immediately hungry. I guess this was my comfort food, as it always made my day better. It can be a very simple meal or very elaborate. Chicken Paella

Last night I couldn't decide what to fix, but I had just bought boneless skinless chicken breasts and knew I could make a quick dinner. So, from start to finish was about 30 minutes. A 17 year old Spanish exchange student showed me how to make Paella.
