Fortune Cookies

I'm looking for the best way to make Wedding Fortune Cookies. I've basically done a few Google searches for "how to make fortune cookies" and they kick out a lot of results. Most seem to have a good bit of information on process but not quite as much in terms of ingredients. Does anyone out there have a recipe or ideas about the best way to Fortune Cookies . Thanks!
