How do you make juicey plump meatballs?

Everytime I make meatballs they seem to turn out way to firm I would like them to be a little more softer like restaurant style, softer does not mean more rarer.

With jelly, the fruit comes in the form of fruit juice. With jam, the fruit comes in the form of fruit pulp or crushed fruit (and is less stiff than jelly as a result). With preserves, the fruit comes in the form of chunks in a syrup or a jam. Pectin is an indigestible carbohydrate (fiber)

To me, most things taste good with a bit of caramelization, and they taste even better with a lot of caramelization - hash browns, burgers, steak, chicken, and in this instance, vegetables, specifically, cauliflower. When you take a bite, it's crunchy, it's tender, it's sweet, and it's savory… Continue
