Moong Dal Vada or green gram lentils Fritters are deep fried fritters which are used as snacks or as starters.  Moong dal vadas can also be called as moong dal bhajiye or pakodas or vadas. The recipe here which I have posted is in the form of snacks.

Palak Ke Pakodey/pakora or Spinach Fritters are deep fried fritters made out of chick pea flour batter(besan in hindi). This is yet again a tea time snack which can be served with hot cup of tea and also can be given as a starter.
